The training system consists of two main categories that take into account various data on a worker’s performance such as education, company adaptability, and change and efforts aimed increasing productivity.
Training in the first category aims to provide employees with the skills they can use immediately at the end of the training. We call it “technical” or “functional” training.
The second category of training is designed to supply staff with a range of information and aims to provide long-term personal development. This education is part of the personal or institutional development training.
In line with career planning, “executive development programs” are implemented and employees are expected to acquire new knowledge, skills and perspectives on management approaches. For this purpose, two separate training plans are implemented in collaboration with a university offering two separate training programs under the titles of “Albayrak Management Force” and “Albayrak Workforce.”
